Cancellation Policy

Upon registering, 25% of the camp fees is non-refundable. The remaining portion of camp fees can be refunded if requested 7days (Dec. 20th,2023) prior to the original date of camp. Since space is limited , no refunds will be given after this date for any reason. After refund deadline, a full credit will be held for registered player. Refunds will only be issued back to the card used to register within one (1) week of the request being sent and confirmed.
